Order Cancellation

  • You may request cancellation of your order before it has been processed or dispatched by contacting us via email or phone.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please check our return policy below for next steps.

Returns & Refunds

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To request a refund or replacement, email support@skylarkindustries.in with your order number, photos of the issue, and brief details of the problem.
  • Once verified, we will process your refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds may be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

Conditions

  • Products must be returned in original condition with packaging intact unless defective.
  • Refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of Skylark Industries after inspection.
